SERVICE DELIVERY

Most PSA / Ticketing systems let you categorize your Tickets into buckets (often called Service Type’s / Item Type’s) for reporting and working out what’s included / excluded in Agreements.

There’s a LOT of example / sample lists floating around and frankly, most of them are pretty junk for us small and medium MSP’s.

So, with inspiration from an (overly) comprehensive ConnectWise one (nearly 700 options 😮) – we simplified and #tribe-ified it with this one.
